Furnished Apartments. Bookings and Cancellations.
Bookings will only be accepted from adults aged 18 and over. Bookings will be accepted on receipt by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone at our offices (57 5) 661 9636 or Mobile (57) 315 704 9229 on the properly completed booking form available. Fifty per cent of the total payable amount must be deposited at the time of making the reservation. Payments may be made in cash, through Bank Transfer, Paypal or Western Union.
2- FORMS OF PAYMENT:
There are three ways to pay us depending on where you live. If you live in Colombia make payments by a bank transfer, if you live abroad by using Paypal or Western Union and if you live in the UK by cheque to Mr Rafael Perez Guzman.
By a bank transfer to the account # 504-676-8943-8 of Banco Conavi, to the account name Apartamentos Cartagena. Send us the receipt by fax with your name on it.
With Paypal you can make secure payments using your credit or debit card. (Visa, Master card) Please go to this link to pay with Paypal:

3- GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Check-in time is after 3pm. Please advise us of your arrival time so that we can be in the reception area to welcome you with the keys. If you are going to be late please call us to let us know. Check out is at 12 midday. Please advise us of the time you wish to leave so that we can be there to check the apartment and receive the keys.
The maximum number of guests for each apartment must not be exceeded. Parties may not be held in apartments, and guests are expected to be thoughtfully of their neighbours. Any violation of these rules may lead to eviction.
Any problems with the apartment should be notified to the administration immediately in order to allow us to resolve it.
Charges for public utilities are included in the rent. (electricity, water, cable TV). All apartments are fully furnished and equipped, with kitchen utensils and bed linen; towels may be rented at extra cost. The minimum stay for which an apartments may be booked is 2-days .
Santa Marta Apartments undertakes responsibility for all paperwork concerning bookings. Should an unforeseen event occur which is beyond our control, an alternative similar accommodation will be provided on your arrival.
You will be received at the apartment, where we will show you the premises and provide information concerning its operation. Information about area and tourist attractions, means of transport, restaurants, malls, etc. will also be offered. The contracts and the inventory will be signed and the outstanding balance will be paid at that moment. The apartment must be returned in the same conditions in which it was received.
Cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made at least 15 days prior to arrival Santa Marta Apartments will refund 80% of the amount received in respect of the booking, less the charges associated to the transfer of money. Please note that if a booking is cancelled less than 15 days in advance, no amounts received in respect of bookings will be refundable. Amounts received in respect of rent will not be refundable. Likewise, if you decide to shorten your stay, please note that no amounts will be refundable for it will be deemed a breach of contract. We advise customers to take out travel insurance from the date of booking to cover themselves for illness or other reasons that may prevent travel.
5- EXTENSION OF STAY:
Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to extend your stay. Because of prior bookings extensions may not always be possible, or may involve a move to another apartment.
